Problems are arising during the use of the web version of WeChat in group conversations. Users are having difficulties maintaining a stable connection during group calls through the platform. They are either unable to join or are unexpectedly removed from the group call during the conversation. Furthermore, some features such as sharing photos or location-based information in group chats are not available or are not working correctly. This leads to significant limitations in the usability of the tool for group conversations and interactions.
To solve the problems with group calls in the web version of WeChat, Tencent may be working on increasing the server capacity and improving the quality of the connection. This would allow users to participate in group calls without issue and not be unexpectedly removed from the call. In addition, the developers should improve the integration of features, such as sharing photos and location-based information in group chats. They could do this by ensuring that these features work flawlessly in all versions of WeChat, including the web version. This would significantly improve the user experience and greatly increase the usability of the tool for group conversations and interactions.
